About Goruganti Sridhar
Goruganti Sridhar believes meaningful change begins when individuals take responsibility for their communities. He began his professional career in the software industry, where he grew into leadership roles, and later moved into business and entrepreneurship. His experience in technology, management and community leadership developed his ability to organize people, engage with government authorities and work towards practical solutions. He has played a key role and served as President in multiple residential communities, including one of approximately 5,000 members. He is also associated with Service for Society, or S4S, through which he has participated in civic, social, cultural, religious and environmental initiatives.

Civic Infrastructure and Public Services
Road Infrastructure
Drove the road-relaying demand for the Tellapur Circle to RR7 stretch, submitting a written representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Patancheruvu Circle-46 (received 21 April 2026). Led from the front with municipal officials on pothole filling and road improvements, and the effort was successful.
Industrial Air Pollution
Submitted a formal complaint to the Zonal Commissioner, Pollution Control Board, Ramchandrapuram (3 January 2024) regarding the persistent pungent smell affecting residents' health, and followed it up with the authorities.
Public Transportation
Led the demand for better public transport from the front and worked with officials until regular AC bus services and improved connectivity were made available to Tellapur residents. The effort was successful.
Electricity Services
Coordinated with the Electricity Department regarding power fluctuations and the need for more reliable electrical services.
Waterlogging and Drainage
Worked with residents and officials to address waterlogging, drainage and water-flow challenges, including concerns in the RR7 area.
